How to create a template in Outlook to save time?

I recently started using Outlook for work and I'm finding it really helpful, but one thing that's been driving me crazy is how long it takes to set up new meetings. Every time I need to schedule an event, I have to fill out all the details by hand - location, date, time, duration, etc. It's getting tedious. Has anyone else had this problem?
