How to double space in Google Docs for document formatting?

So I'm trying to format a report in Google Docs, but I want to double space between paragraphs. I've tried adjusting the margins and line spacing, but nothing seems to be working. Has anyone else had this issue? Any tips on how to achieve perfect double spacing in Google Docs would be greatly appreciated.
