You can't go wrong with Portugal! Lisbon and Porto are awesome cities, super charming with great food and nightlife. Plus, flights usually aren't too bad.
Also, check out Spain - cities like Seville or Valencia offer tons of culture for less than the big tourist spots.

Have you looked into Romania? Bucharest is a super cool city with this crazy mix of old-world charm and modern vibes. And Transylvania... well, it's just begging to be explored! Plus, food prices are awesome there.

Y'know, if you're into history and don't mind a little less sunbathing, check out Latvia. Riga is gorgeous with all these Art Nouveau buildings, and it's super affordable. Plus, their museums are amazing - especially the one about the Soviet era.

If you're down for a wild time, head to Budapest! The nightlife is insane, food is cheap, and there are tons of thermal baths to relax in. Plus, it's super easy to get around on foot or by tram.

Dude, Eastern Europe is where it's at for cheap travel! Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland... beer and food are super affordable there. Plus, history buffs will love Prague or Krakow.

Ooh, have you considered Bulgaria? It's seriously underrated! Sofia is a cool city with some amazing museums and architecture, plus the Black Sea coast has beautiful beaches. And the prices... wow, they won't break the bank.

Slovenia's totally underrated! Ljubljana is a super cute capital with a cool vibe, and the Lake Bled area is breathtaking. Plus, you can hit up some awesome hiking trails in the Julian Alps.

Don't sleep on Greece! Islands like Crete or Rhodes are totally doable on a budget, especially if you go off-season. Plus, the food is amazing and cheap, think fresh seafood and gyros galore!
