Hey guys, I need some help with updating my home address on Google Maps. I recently moved to a new place but it's not showing up in my location history or search results. Does anyone know the steps I need to take to update my address? I've tried going into my Google Account settings but I'm not sure how to link my account to the map. Any help would be appreciated! Has anyone else had this issue?

To update your home address on the Google Maps desktop app, follow these steps:

1. Open the Google Maps application on your computer and sign in with your Google account.

2. Click on the 'Menu' button (three vertical dots) located at the top right corner of the map.

3. Select 'Your Map' from the dropdown menu.

4. Click on the 'Edit' button next to 'Location' and then click on 'Add or edit location.'

5. Enter your new address and click on 'Save'. This will update your home address on Google Maps, and you should also see it reflected in your location history and search results.

Note: Ensure that you have a stable internet connection while updating your location to ensure the changes are applied correctly.
